Design	Linear Motion Vibrating Screens are characterized by well-engineereddesign and a high quality standard. The components are fixed together withbolts and rivets. Our screens are designed for use with screen mats made ofpolyurethane (PU), rubber, wire or perforated plates. These screen mats canbe easily replaced.Sub-assemblies such as side walls and hollow shapedcross beams are protected against wear and tear.
Function	All CHS/CHD model vibrating screens are equipped with the reliableDirected Force Exciter (model CDF) and are based on the micro throwprinciple. The vibrating screens perform a linear movement at an angle ofimpact to the horizontal, generating the movement of the material.Overcritical systems are applied. This enables the vibrating screen tobe operated stably and makes it extremely insensitive to unsteady loads.
